University of Illinois Co-ed Start and Turn Swimming Camp - Swimming Camps

These camps are only about starts and turns. These camps turn these often over looked skills into a true competitive advantage to bring any swimmer to the next level. Swimmers will receive extensive training on both forward and backstroke starts with safety being a priority as always. Fast, legal turns for all 4 of the competitive strokes and the IM transitions will be covered.
